Psychology from Universidad de Manila and has experience in recruitment specifically on Sourcing, Branding, Executive Search, staffing and hiring for different industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Freight & Forwarding, Healthcare, Sales, Technical Support- Hardware, Software, IT Support, Manufacturing and BPO. Sir Jetz has worked as an HR adviser, including work for executive searches. He also has hands on experience in employee relation, corporate events planning and organizational development.

Interview Preparation Tip #3:
Get in the right mindset before the interview! Think positive and give yourself a pat on the back for preparing well before the job interview. Reward yourself with a good night's sleep to freshen yourself up. Don't view the interview as an obstacle to your career - think of it as an opportunity to show your interviewer your confidence and capabilities. It's a chance for you to leave a good and long-lasting impression on the interviewer.

Finally, know that whatever the outcome may be from the interview, it's only the first of many. Always take these kinds of immersions as learning experiences, because you can only get better.
