Arts of Affirmation Series: Part 13
“Lift your head, baby don’t be scared
Of the things that could go wrong along the way
You’ll get by with a smile
You can’t win at everything but you can try.”
The song “With a Smile” by Eraserheads isn’t just comforting, it’s like a warm hug for anyone who feels tired or lost. It reminds us that it’s okay to be scared or to not have everything figured out. We don’t always have to be perfect or win at everything, what matters is that we keep going, keep trying, and keep believing.
Smiling doesn’t mean pretending everything’s fine, it means choosing hope even when things are tough. Sometimes, that small smile can make a big difference, not just for us but for the people around us too. It’s a reminder that even when life feels heavy, we can still find light, courage, and peace within ourselves. 🕯
To anyone who might be struggling right now, don’t give up. It’s okay to take things slow, to cry if you need to, and to rest when you’re tired. You’ve already overcome so much, and that’s something to be proud of. 🩵
The world can be harsh sometimes, but you’re doing your best, and that’s enough. So lift your head, breathe, and remember that brighter days are coming. Keep your faith, keep your hope, and don’t forget to smile because your smile truly matters.
Lift your head and keep going, you’ll get by with a smile.
This is your peer, Clara, reminding you that even on cloudy days, your light still shines. 🌟

Arts of Affirmation Series: Part 12
“As long as we have got each other, we can do no wrong”
One of the most important things in life is love and companionship, providing the fulfillment and strength to battle challenges in life. Sometimes, to find happiness and comfort in desperate times, we create our own world and reality. 🫶
This song, “folding chairs on the moon” by grentperez and HONNE, is a metaphor for escaping reality with a loved one symbolizing love and companionship. The song uses the surreal image of “folding chairs on the moon” to represent a dreamlike other world where the couple can find happiness with each other, forgetting all problems and worries, showing that with each other, they can create the perfect world. 🌏
It's okay to create your own world if it means to find your own happiness, but remember, it’s also good to face reality, and maybe with a loved one.
This is your peer, Psalmer, with a reminder to love yourself and to cherish your loved ones! 💗
When I'm feeling down, I listen to Endless Possibilities! The song lifts my mood and fills me with energy. 🎧★⋆⭒˚.⋆
Its upbeat rhythm reminds me that no matter how tough life gets, there’s always a chance to start again and push forward!
🦔 For me, this song is pure motivation. It reminds me to keep moving, keep hoping, and believe there’s always a new possibility waiting!!⋆⭒˚.⋆★ ₍₍⚞(˶˃ᴗ˂˶)⚟⁾⁾
Nothing starts until you take action. If you have time to worry, then run! This is your peer Sydney, have a great day! ^^

Arts of Affirmation Series: Part 11
Rest is not a sign of laziness but a celebration of balance— a quiet reminder that giving time to yourself is just as important as chasing goals. 🍃
My bed is not my weakness but my space of renewal, where I learn that time well-rested is time well used. In every moment of sleep, I find gratitude, in every breath of calm, I find strength
—because appreciating rest is also appreciating myself. 🛏
This is your peer, Lian Bender of 10- Quirino, reminding you that it's okay to rest.
How about you? When was the last time you had taken a rest?
