MOEL PLAN FOR EPS BY 2025

Aside from the amount of visas available for foreigners to work in the country as EPS workers MOEL or Ministry of Employment and Labor also announced the plan for better employment.

On January 10, MOEL's "2025 Work Plan" was attended at the Government Complex in Sejong city.

First. for continuous employment of "sincere workers" plan to remove "re-entry after departure " or sa para para. This is happening after 4 years and 10 months working and re-signing contract. According to MOEL companies are being distracted by employee layoffs.

Secondly, for qualified workers who can work for more than ten years the contract will be made into a 3-year contract.

Third, plans to increase the acceptance of applications of manufacturing companies from four to five per year. This is the so-called "massive recruitment" that is currently four. If it continues, the "massive recruitment" will be five times.
