UPCEd offers two four-year bachelor’s degrees: the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) and the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE).

The College of Education (CEd) started as a unit of the College of Liberal Arts in 1913. On 08 March 1918, the UP Board of Regents authorized the reorganization of the School of Education into a College of Education effective 1 July 1918.
