After a year of cooperation, dedication, and active participation, the hard work has finally paid offβ€”showcasing their efforts in promoting environmental awareness, responsibility, and teamwork within the school community.

Here are the lists of achievements of the YES-O Officers for this School Year:

Have you ever wondered what happens to your uneaten food? Every leftover thrown away is a missed opportunity to fill someone’s empty stomach. Let’s waste less and appreciate moreβ€”because small choices matter. 🌏🍽️

FUNFACT: Ocean’s Silent Cry

πŸ“: Plastic bags and garbage in the ocean kill as many as 1,000,000 sea creatures every year.

Oceans are home to vibrant ecosystems that sustain life on Earth. But plastic pollution is silently destroying this balance. Turtles, dolphins, and fish often mistake plastic for food, leading to suffocation, starvation, or deathβ€”and only a small fraction of plastic waste ever gets recycled.

This crisis doesn’t just harm marine animalsβ€”it disrupts entire food chains and weakens ocean health. As plastic builds up in water, it contaminates habitats, poisons species, and limits the ocean’s ability to support life. Tackling plastic pollution isn’t just about cleanupβ€”it’s about protecting the heartbeat of our planet and the creatures that depend on it.

Plastic kills ocean life and poisons our future. Act nowβ€”every choice counts.

The Cries of Crisis

Our environment nowadays is full disaster β€”overflowing trash, polluted air, and destroyed plants. Humans are the only ones who did this, and we are also the ones who are responsible for fixing it.

Everyday, the sign becomes harder to ignore. What used to be a clean river is now buried under piles of trash. Streets that used to be surrounded with fresh, clean air are now surrounded by polluted air.

Even in the middle of heartbreak, there is still a hope β€” small, fragile, but alive. It lives in the hands of a student planting a sapling in dry soil. And to people who are determined to save our environment, they volunteer to pick up trash along a polluted shoreline.

One act of care can change our future.

The Earth gave us everythingβ€”shade, food, life, beauty. And now, it is our turn to give something back. Before it's too late. Before the cries become shouts of rage. Unity is all we need to save our future environment.
