📢 J‑PASS GUIDELINES | IMPORTANT REMINDER TO ALL JARANIANS

To ensure order, accountability, and the proper use of our J‑PASS System, we encourage every student to carefully read and follow the guidelines and policies posted below.

The J‑PASS is a privilege that helps maintain a safe and organized learning environment, and it should always be used responsibly. Before using the J‑PASS, students are required to sign the J‑PASS Log Book and provide complete and accurate information.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: The rules shown in the picture below must be printed and posted by every section in their respective classrooms, and these guidelines are for STRICT COMPLIANCE by all students.

Please be reminded that any misuse of the J‑PASS, false entries, or failure to follow the established procedures may result in corresponding violations and disciplinary actions.

Let us all do our part by practicing honesty, responsibility, and discipline. Together, we can maintain a respectful, orderly, and student‑friendly school environment.

Status: Locked In And Ready To Serve.

A true leadership isn’t just about having a title and having the voice to speak. It is also about having a dedication to serve and having the heart to listen to everyone, even with the quietest voice.

Yesterday, July 17, 2026, has been a massive commitment and great unity for our school community. All of the newly elected officers of SPTA, HPTA, BKD, and SSLG stood together side-by-side at the School Audio Visual Room (AVR) as they finally had an official oath taking.

As the oath-taking ceremony started, Barangay Captain Kiko Del Mundo, School Principal Ma'am Ghuy Cabadin, and other important guests delivered their support speeches, sharing words of encouragement and reminding the newly elected officers of their responsibilities as leaders.

Next came the most important highlight of the day. District 4 Congressman Hon. B**g Suntay administered the oath to the newly elected officers of the SPTA, HPTA, BKD, and SSLG, officially marking the beginning of their journey as leaders.

After the oath-taking, Cong. B**g Suntay delivered an inspiring speech. This was followed by an inspiring message from the event's special guest, who also shared words of encouragement and support for the newly elected officers.

At the end of the ceremony, the newly elected officers, together with the guests, gathered for a photo opportunity, marking the successful conclusion of the event. More than just an oath-taking ceremony, it became a symbol of unity, commitment, and the beginning of a new chapter of service for the entire school community.

🌟 J-PASS DISTRIBUTION IS FINALLY COMPLETED! 🌟

On July 13, the supreme secondary learner government (SSLG) of Dr. Josefa jara Martinez high school has officially completed the distribution of the jaranian's pass to all classroom mayors. The j-pass will act as an official Hall pass for when the jaranian's are outside of their classroom during class hours, ensuring a safer and much more disciplined campus. 🏷📜

The SSLG, together with SSLG Adviser Ma’am Ilyca extends its heartfelt appreciation to all classroom mayors, teachers, and the school administration for their cooperation and support throughout this project. ⚜️✨

The distribution of J-pass will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 2:15 PM in 10-Amorsolo room.

All Homeroom Presidents are requested to personally claim J-Pass for their respective sections. Each section will recieve only one (1) J-Pass, which will serve as the official hall pass for the class.

All Homeroom Presidents and Secretaries are hereby informed that an Orientation and JPASS Distribution will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 2:30 PM in the AVR Room.

The orientation will also cover the implementation of the following school initiatives:
• SafeKaJaranians
• This Way
• Keep Right Initiative

Attendance is strictly required for Homeroom Presidents and Secretaries only. All concerned officers are expected to arrive on time and actively participate in the orientation.
