Numerous MTM Alumni and Students appealed that their "Plus 1" be allowed to attend at reduced rates. TMC granted the appeal for a "Plus 1" at the reduced rate of P 1,200. Thank you.

Calling all UPD TMC MTM Alumni. Please nominate your batch representatives for the Board of Trustees for the UPD TMC Alumni Association. The Board of Trustees will decide on the by laws and will facilitate the election of officers. Thank you.

Board of Trustees for the UPD TMC Alumni Association. We shall commence, by next week, with the Online Nomination for Board of Trustees for the UPD TMC Alumni Association. The Top 7 Alumni (nominated and willing to serve for an X number of years) will be presented during the December 3 GAH. Immediate Agenda is the formulation of by laws of the Association. Thank you.

UPTMCAA SEED FUNDS and TRUSTEES; ALUMNI MEMBERSHIP FEES; possible GAH Surplus

Good morning to us all. There were suggestions, during the initial meetings of the various organizing committees, that the Alumni (who attend the GAH) could be considered as having paid their UPTMCAA membership fees (and thus will be classified as in good standing). In addition, the surplus or a substantial portion of it -- if there will be --, may be used as UPTMCAA seed fund.

I think that these suggestions are commendable. The value of attending the GAH is not just limited to funding a one night event (of fellowship; fun; reminiscing, etc.) but also will result to providing seed funds for reviving/strengthening the UPTMCAA. The election of UPTMCAA Trustees is an important undertaking during the GAH. We hope that the alumni will support not only the GAH event but also the UPTMCAA (and its future undertakings).
