Incoming Grade 11 students who fall under the following categories are required to apply directly and submit the required documents to the participating Senior High School where they intend to enroll, including Manuel L. Quezon University:

Applicants under these categories must submit the following, together with the regular admission requirements:

📌 Affidavit of Family’s Financial Capacity with attached supporting documents/proof of financial capacity

Meanwhile, Category E learners (Non-ESC Grade 10 completers from private schools) are required to apply through the Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP):

The application for the SHS Voucher Program for SY 2026–2027 is expected to open soon.

Please note that the 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐘𝐄𝐓 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍. In the meantime, learners and parents are encouraged to review the preliminary guidelines released by PEAC regarding eligibility, applicant categories, requirements, and application procedures.
