Araw ni Ninoy Aquino | Agosto 21🇵🇭

Ngayong araw, ating ginugunita ang tapang, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal sa bayan ni Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. sa kasaysayan ng ating bansa.

Hindi lamang ito tungkol sa isang pangalan sa ating mga aklat. Ito ay tungkol sa katapangan, paninindigan, at pagmamahal sa bayan—mga aral na patuloy na ipinapasa mula sa isang henerasyon tungo sa susunod. 🇵🇭

Kaya ngayong araw, let’s take a little pause from the scroll 📱✋ at alalahanin ang isang bahagi ng kasaysayang humubog sa Pilipinas na kilala natin ngayon.

Dahil ang kasaysayan ay hindi lamang kwento ng kahapon—ito rin ay paalala para sa mga kabataang bubuo ng bukas. Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang kanyang buhay at paninindigan sa bawat Pilipinong patuloy na nakikibahagi sa paghubog ng mas mabuting kinabukasan.✨

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

𝗪𝗔𝗜𝗧 ✋ 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗠 𝗞𝗔 𝗕𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗤𝗖?

Bago tayo mag-scroll, may alam ka ba tungkol sa lungsod na tinatawag nating 𝐭𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧?

Noong 1939, nilagdaan ni Pangulong Manuel L. Quezon ang Commonwealth Act No. 502, na nagtatag sa Quezon City. Ilang taon matapos nito, naging kabisera rin ito ng Pilipinas mula 1948 hanggang 1976.

Pero ang 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 na kilala natin ngayon ay higit pa sa mga pahina ng kasaysayan. Ito ay lungsod ng mga paaralan, institusyon, komunidad, pangarap, at mga taong patuloy na nagbibigay-buhay rito.

Kaya ngayong 𝑨𝒈𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒐 𝟏𝟗, hindi lang pangalan ng isang lungsod ang ating ipinagdiriwang. Ipinagdiriwang natin ang 𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣, 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙜𝙤, 𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙜𝙖 𝙩𝙖𝙤𝙣𝙜 patuloy na 𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙗𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙮-𝙠𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙮 sa 𝗤𝗖.

Kung may kuwentong nagsimula noon, tayo naman ang 𝚜𝚞𝚜𝚞𝚗𝚘𝚍 𝚗𝚊 𝚔𝚊𝚋𝚊𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚊.

🧠 ANO ANG NAKIKITA MO NA HINDI NAKIKITA NG IBA?

May mga taong makakakita ng larawan at sasabihing, “Ah, picture lang.”

Pero ikaw? Baka may buong kuwento nang nabubuo sa isip mo. 🫣

Kung isa ka sa mga taong kayang gumawa ng 17 imaginary scenarios bago matulog, baka ito na ang chance mong gamitin ang imagination na ’yan. 🫵🏻😭

Hindi kailangang perpekto. Ang mahalaga, may sarili kang ideya, sariling boses, at sariling kuwentong maipapakita.

So kung feeling mo kaya mong gumawa ng kuwentong mapapa-WOW ang makakabasa, this is your sign. 🫵🏻✍️
