The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs would like to know if the student boarders and dormers stuck in UP Diliman will still avail the Oplan Hatid Program.

As of 17 April 2020, we have already contacted LGUs based on our initial survey, but only 7 LGUs responded (Dagupan City, La Union, Isabela, Cavite, Quezon Province, Sorsogon, and Rizal).

Please answer the following link: bit.ly/OplanHatidConfirmation

The OVCSA would like to seek your assistance in contacting your Governor/Mayor for this initiative. You may send them these contact information as follows:

Email: [email protected]
Mobile Number: 09171548897 (Athan Dela Cruz)

For other immediate concerns, please contact Athan Dela Cruz.

Thank you and keep safe.

Note: Students who have not yet answered our initial survey can also answer this survey. Oplan Hatid is subject to the approval of the LGU and availability of transportation vehicle.

Flashback: run with the lumad

" Slow down,” I shouted to the front in Bisaya, as I gestured for the Lumad teenagers to stop running, “the group’s splitting up.”

They turned around grinning, telling jokes about those who were lagging behind our pack. “Truth is that, kuya,” one of them said to me, “we’re happy that we’re running. Because in Compostela, if the soldiers saw us running this fast, they’d say we were members of the NPA.” The six other teenagers laughed in agreement."
