👋🎓 Hey students!!
Have you ever wondered whether external factors may be affecting your academic performance? 🤔💭
Well, our team conducted a survey on the sleeping habits of 30 students here in the Ateneo 🏫📊 and discovered that the majority of us do not get enough sleep. 😴📉
Just remember, this can significantly impact one's academic performance, so before pulling that all-nighter 🌃☕, remember that cramming might not just tank the GPA of one subject… but all of them together. 😱📚

🥳🎉 "What's up, partygoers!
Even in the most superb celebrations, one must sleep to prepare their mind and body, a necessary mise en place." 😴🛏️
Even God rested on the seventh day! 🌅✨ According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, "about one in five adults fail to get enough sleep," 😲💤 and Blackwelder from the CDC further reiterates how there is an "association between inadequate sleep and frequent mental distress," 🧠😥 and that sleep deprivation is linked with "poor biological measures," and chronic diseases that are life changing. ⚠️🩺

If you snooze, you lose (your sleep cycle) 😴
Sleeping, as our parents said when we were little, is good for you. Despite being busy with school and life, we must make enough time for a restful sleep at night.
Several studies indicate negative effects over short- and long- term sleep deprivation and instead of reading those lengthy texts, we summarized it for you in the poster ⬇️ below ⬇️
What are you waiting for? Read it now and be aware of the consequences of not-sleeping 👀
Hopefully this gives everyone a wake-up call to sleep well every night 🤭🌃
