Ngayong Nutrition Month, sama-sama nating isulong ang kahalagahan ng wastong nutrisyon at gawing bahagi ng ating araw-araw na pamumuhay ang pagpili ng masusustansyang pagkain.

Kaya imbes na ubusin ang oras sa maling tao, mas makabubuting punuin natin ang ating mga plato ng masusustansyang pagkain at piliin ang healthy lifestyle. Dahil ang pag-aalaga sa ating kalusugan ay isang desisyong magdudulot ng pangmatagalang benepisyo. 💚🥦🌱
