(At please lang, bawasan na rin ang pag-asa sa kape bilang kapalit ng 8 hours of sleep.)

Breathe, lock in, and remember: alagaan ang sarili at ang isa't isa. Drop by lang sa Guidance Office if you ever need a listening ear, our doors are always open for you.
