ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
2nd Semester AY 2020-2021
Step 1. Fill our CSTA ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. Visit the link http://bit.ly/CSTAENROLLMENT2021-T2
Note : Provide/Create an active email address indicating the student's full name (ex: [email protected]). This will be your official email account for school purposes.

Step 2. Wait for your ASSESSMENT FORM. This will be sent to your official email account.

Step 3. PAY the corresponding amount as reflected in your assessment form. Payment can be made thru Bank Deposit or Online Bank Transfer.

Step 4. Wait for the RECEIPT and confirmation of enrollment. This is a PDF file of your official registration form which you may opt to print or save. The “NO REGISTRATION FORM, NO ADMISSION TO CLASS” policy will be strictly implemented.
