A new school year means new opportunities to build stronger connections, create meaningful experiences, and work together for our children.

We are excited to introduce our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Officers for SY 2026–2027—a group of dedicated parents and teachers who will help strengthen the partnership between our school and our families.

From school activities and community initiatives to parent engagement and student-centered programs, our PTA plays an important role in making the PSIS experience even more meaningful. 🤝

The tears at drop-off aren’t because they don’t like school—they’re simply part of growing up. ❤️

For many children, saying goodbye to the people they feel safest with can be the hardest part of their day. It’s a big emotion in a little body, and that’s completely normal.

The beautiful plot twist? Just a few minutes later, they’re laughing with friends, exploring, creating, learning, and making memories they’ll excitedly tell you about at home.

After a frightening experience, children don’t always express their emotions through words. They may become quieter, more clingy, more emotional, or seem completely okay. Every child processes big feelings differently.

At PSIS, we make space for those emotions. Through conversations, play, art, and caring relationships, we help children feel safe, heard, and understood before expecting them to move on.

As part of our Wellness Week, each class was challenged to transform one healthy ingredient into a delicious and nutritious meal! From sweet bananas to crunchy cucumbers and golden corn, our young chefs worked together to discover that healthy eating can be fun, creative, and full of flavor.

More than just cooking, this activity encouraged teamwork, creativity, and an appreciation for wholesome food. One ingredient, countless possibilities, and lots of happy little smiles! 🌱✨

A great school year starts with a shared vision. ✨

Thank you to all our parents who joined us for our Parents’ Orientation last weekend! We also had our Special Education Orientation and Parents’ Kumustahan, both online and face-to-face, as we all prepared together for an exciting first day of classes.

We’re grateful to begin this school year with such a supportive community, and we can’t wait for everything that’s ahead!
