The uprise of the COVID-19 pandemic marked the importance of efficient and abundant NURSE STAFF in hospitals not only in the Philippines but also worldwide. Hospitals and Nurses are under enormous amount of pressure as they continuously deal with the rapid turn over of patients and staff. As student nurses we have also observed this dilemma; and with that we are bounded to also understand the causative factors of its emergence. The Nurse staff shortage has been an apparent and on-going issue in the country, this webinar would tackle the reasons and factors on its uprising and also to answer the looming question “What are ways to Rethink in order to Resolve the problem?”
