magsasagawa ang Schools Division Office ng Quezon City ng pangkalahatang paglilinis at muling pag-aayos ng mga user accounts sa loob ng DepEdQC domain. Bilang bahagi nito, magkakaroon ng schedule para sa backup, deletion, at restructuring ng mga student accounts.

🔔Oktubre 18–27, 2025 — BACKUP (Download or i-export)
Ito ang panahon para i-backup o i-download ang mga file, email, larawan, at iba pang datos mula sa inyong .ph account.

🔔Oktubre 28, 2025 — DELETION
Ito ang araw na ang lahat ng student accounts sa DepEdQC domain ay permanenteng buburahin.

❗TANDAAN: Walang extension at hindi na mare-recover ang mga account at nilalaman matapos ang tanggalin.

❓Ano ang Dapat Gawin?

•Suriin ang account: Hanapin ang importanteng files (documents, images, videos), at mga email na kailangan ninyo.
•I-download o i-export:
•I-save sa personal na storage: Ilagay ang mga na-download na files sa inyong personal Google account, external drive (USB), o sa inyong mga computer/devices.
•Tignan kung maayos nailipat ang mga files: Siguraduhing kumpleto ang mga files na kailangan.
•Itala ang petsa kung kelan ka nagback-up: Gumawa ng listahan ng mga na-save/download/export para may record ng kung kailan at saan ninyo ito inilagay.

Paglikha ng mga student accounts sa ilalim ng inayos na Organizational Units.

Ang lahat ng mga KAGUROAN ay tinatawagan din po ng pansin na mag BACK-UP ng mga importanteng document sa google drive nila at magbura na ng mga malalaking files na walang kinalaman sa Deped QC tulad ng mga videos, pictures , software installer etc...
