GENERAL RULES

Events:

1. Darts - Hosted by Meynard Hernandez, Batch ‘85
2. Table Tennis - Hosted by Adopt-A-Future Scholars
3. Chess - Hosted by Batch ‘76
4. Basketball (freethrow) - Hosted by Batch ‘93
5. Basketbakk (3-pt. shhotout)- Hosted by Batch ‘93
6. Pinoy Fun Games - Hosted by Aerodance Club
7. Volleyball - Hosted by Batch ‘88

General rules of the sportsfest:

1. Only bonafide alumni members can join the events, having paid the membership fee for calendar year 2018-2019. Annual membership fee is Php 300.00.

2. All events are FREE (no registration fees). Each participant may join a maximum of two (2) events. Fun Games and Basketball League are not included.

3. Pre-registration is encouraged. Participants in all events, except volleyball, must register on or before 5:00 PM of August 25, 2018, Saturday. Volleyball teams must register one (1) week before August 26, 2018 or earlier for proper scheduling of games. Call Rey Rodriguez at the alumni center, tel. no. (02) 416-4898.

4. In Volleyball, a maximum of 12 players may register. Maximum of three (3) male players are allowed on the court during the games. Mixed batches are not allowed.

5. Basketball Freethrow and 3-Pt. Shootout are considered as one (1) event.

6. A no-drinking-liquor/no-smoking policy will be strictly implemented during the whole-day event.

7. All participants are encouraged to wear their batch color/uniform in all official games.

8. All sportsfest winners will receive their awards during the Alumni Christmas Party, exact date of which will be announced later. There will be no more declaration of Overall Sportsfest Winner.

9. In all events, it is the rules of the host batches which participants must follow.

10. All protests shall be addressed to the Technical Committee composed of Sportsfest Committee Chair: Eligio Abad, Jr., ’91; Vice Chair: Samuel Magno, ’67; Members Catherine Ramirez, ’88; Janice Tolentino, ’96; Ma. Teresa J. Layco, ’88; Joel Rass, ’94; Joey Lopez, ’73; Rhomy Perez, ’93; and Art Dialogo, ’68.
