This is a very effective multisensory literacy activity that builds phonics fluency and strengthens fine motor skills. By combining the physical resistance of playdough with alphabet stamps, children physically anchor their understanding of letter-sound segmentation and blending.

🟢 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥, 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐡, 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝!

Today, we are using playdough "sound dots" to master simple CVC words.

How it works:
🟢 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥: Make three small playdough balls—one for each sound.
💥 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐡: Press down on each dot while making its letter sound (c-a-t).
➡️ 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝: Swipe a finger underneath to put the sounds together into a whole word!

It’s tactile, it's fun, and it completely takes the stress out of decoding! ✨
