Our Third Year Tourism and Fourth Year Hospitality Management students just wrapped up an unforgettable 3-day Bohol adventure last (November 26–28) and honestly, it was such an amazing experience! 🌴✨

The trip officially started on November 26, and from the very first day, everything felt exciting and meaningful. Seeing the Chocolate Hills up close, meeting the adorable tarsiers, soaking in the peaceful countryside, and feeling the adrenaline during the ATV ride every moment felt straight out of a travel vlog.

Of course, no trip is complete without a little challenge our check-in baggage issue at the airport could’ve been stressful, but it was handled smoothly. Huge thanks to Ms. Remy Garcia for stepping in and saving the day! ✈️🙌

The TUA-IBAM School of Tourism and Hospitality proudly participated in the 1st Creative Tourism Conference 2025 held on September 3–4 at the historic Manila Metropolitan Theater. 🎭 Represented by Prof. Maria Regina Z. Padilla and Prof. Julius T. Flores, the university joined key stakeholders in advancing discussions on the integration of creativity, culture, and innovation in tourism. 🌍

The conference, organized by the Department of Tourism (DOT), Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), Department of Tourism, Culture and Arts of Manila (DTCAM), National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), and partner institutions, carried the theme “Crafting Pathways: Synergizing Tourism and Creativity.”

By engaging in this pioneering initiative, TUA-IBAM reaffirms its commitment to producing future-ready tourism professionals who will lead with innovation, sustainability, and a deep sense of Filipino identity. 💚🧡

Tuwing Agosto, ginugunita natin ang 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮—ngunit sapat na bang ipagdiwang ito sa pamamagitan lamang ng barong, saya, at tula? Bilang kabataang Pilipino sa makabagong henerasyon, sapat ba ang ating ginagawa upang bigyang-halaga ang wikang nagbibigay boses sa ating pagka-Pilipino? 𝗢 𝗯𝗮𝗸𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝗻𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗵𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗴 𝘀𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘁?

Ang Buwan ng Wika ay hindi lamang selebrasyon, isa itong paalala at kasanayan na araw-araw, sa simpleng paggamit natin ng wikang sarili, isinasabuhay natin ang ating kultura. Identidad, at pagkabansa.

Ang bawat salitang binibigkas natin ay may bigat. At sa bawat salitang Filipino at katutubong wika na ating ginagamit, muling itinatayo ang haligi ng ating pagkakaisa.
