actively participated in the First Advance ROTC Leadership Training conducted by the National Capital Region Regional Community Defense Group under the leadership of COL FERDINAND REY G GA MNSA (ART) PA, Group Commander of NCRRCDG held at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on 09-10 May 2026.

The two-day activity gathered 28 Advance ROTC officers specifically 2nd class from different ROTC units and provided comprehensive discussions on leadership development, spirituality, teamwork, and people-centered leadership. Distinguished military officers and facilitators discussed topics including The Spirituality of Leadership, Understanding Different Leadership Styles, Small Unit Leadership, the “Be-Know-Do” Leadership Framework, and Understanding People-Centric Leadership. The activity also encouraged camaraderie, unity, and collaboration among cadet officers, allowing them to exchange experiences and strengthen their sense of responsibility as future leaders. Through various lectures and leadership engagements, participants were inspired to uphold integrity, excellence, and selfless service in both military and civilian life.

The training further enhanced the cadet officers’ leadership competence, discipline, character, and commitment to service, preparing them to become responsible and effective future leaders of the nation. It served as a valuable platform in honing their confidence, decision-making skills, and ability to lead with professionalism and compassion. The knowledge and experiences gained from the training will greatly contribute to their continuous growth as disciplined cadets who are ready to serve the community and the country with honor, dedication, and patriotism.
