What a fantastic night at our 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 with IT&DS, ELITE, and DPO! 🫶

We were honored to have our Vice President for Technological Development, Mr. Rafael Vicente Enriquez, join us for the festivities. Team members from Quezon City, Valenzuela, Antipolo, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Laguna came together to celebrate teamwork and holiday spirit.

Highlights included group photos with our amazing colleagues and a special congratulations to our very own Mr. Kristan Delos Reyes for winning the ELITE Team Congeniality Award! The festive vibes created unforgettable memories. Cheers to our incredible team and a wonderful year ahead! 💚✨

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, the provider of Canvas, in collaboration with the Canvas Coordinators, convened a year-end planning meeting in preparation for the upcoming Canvas User Group PH. The meeting took place at the newly inaugurated Instructure office in the Philippines, located at Bridgetowne Center, Ugong, Pasig City.

The event was organized by Ms. Sheila Ledesma, Customer Advocacy Manager, APAC (right), and Ms. Ling McDermott, Customer Success Manager, APAC (left-middle), alongside Canvas Coordinators from leading higher education institutions: Mr. Edward Jason Joseph N. De Villa, Managing Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning, UA&P (right); Ms. Marissa G. Chua, Director of the Education, Learning, Innovation, and Technology Enhancement (ELITE) Center, OLFU (left); and Mr. Michael V. Manguerra, Director of Academic Support for Instructional Services and Technology (ASIST), DLSU–Manila.

This gathering underscored the commitment of Instructure and partner institutions to advance digital learning initiatives, strengthen collaboration, and ensure continued excellence in the use of Canvas across Philippine higher education.

In observance of the founding anniversary of the Province of Pampanga on December 11th, OLFU Pampanga's synchronous classes (Face-to-Face and Online), and asynchronous activities will be suspended on this day.

Do take note that the offices of the Registrar, Student Financial Services (SFS), and Admissions will remain open on campus.

OLFU Concierge services will remain accessible online.

08 December 2025 has been declared as a Special Non-working Holiday in commemoration of the 𝐹𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐼𝑚𝑚𝑎𝑐𝑢𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝐶𝑜𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑝𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝑀𝑎𝑟𝑦.

In line with this, all synchronous classes (both face-to-face and online), asynchronous activities, on-campus office transactions, and OLFU Concierge services across all Campuses will be suspended on Monday, December 8th
