Other Information:
 All FI courses will be 100% face to face with partner organizations/institutions

Committee
 Must present and submit medical certificate from University Health Services (UHS) or
private physician indicating clearance/fitness for Field Instruction engagement

Some additional requirements may be included by the Field Instruction (FI) Committee as deemed necessary, such as psychological evaluation clearance. This is to help ensure
that our students are physically and psychologically prepared for Field Instruction.

📢 CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: UP DCD Full-Time Faculty 📢
The UP Department of Community Development (DCD) calls for applications for one (1) full-time faculty position.

Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate Degree in Social Science/Applied Social Science and related Masteral Degree;
2. At least, three (3) years of experience in various aspects of development work preferably with civil society organizations, especially in the following fields: community organizing, and/or quantitative research (statistics for development work);
3. Willing and able to immerse, live, and work with poor and marginalized communities in and outside of Metro Manila;
4. Teaching experience (whether formal or popular). A portfolio of research and published works is a plus.

Requirements:
1. Letter of intent (Please address the letter of intent to Dr. Maria Corazon J. Tan, DSD,
Chair, Department of Community Development)
2. Curriculum Vitae
3. Certified true copy of diploma and/or transcript of records
4. Two (2) recommendation letters from recent supervisors

Please be advised that the CSWCD Student Records Office (SRO) will adopt a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement every Monday, effective 13 April 2026, pursuant to Memorandum No. ECLV-26-013. The office will be closed to onsite transactions during this time.

The office will continue to operate onsite from Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
