UPCAT 2026 Extended Deadline of Form 2B, Form 2A, and Grades Submission

UPCAT 2026 applicants who took the exam must update and fill out their Forms 1 and 2B online. Access the applicant's portal at https://upcat2026online.up.edu.ph/

Grade 12 schools must also confirm their students in the Form 2A portal by the extended deadline.

Certified true copies of Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 must also be submitted to the UP Office of Admissions at T.M. Kalaw corner Quirino Street, UP Diliman, Quezon City.

Extended Deadline Date: 08 September 2025 Monday
