In the midst of lesson plans, classroom responsibilities, and the daily commitment to shaping young minds, this session reminded us that our greatest strength comes from within. It is found in our sense of purpose, our resilience, and our ability to keep showing up with passion and heart.

Dr. Hocson encouraged us to embrace our unique strengths, cultivate meaning in both our personal and professional lives, and prioritize our wellbeing as educators. Because when teachers are cared for, they are better equipped to inspire, nurture, and empower their students.
