The League of Organization Presidents (LOOP) of World Citi Colleges โ Quezon City Campus participated in the Leadership Conference 2026, along with student leaders of World Citi Colleges campuses, which was held at WCC Binalonan, Pangasinan.
With the theme "๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐
๐ณ๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐: ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐,โ the conference, which lasted for two days, focused on enhancing leadership skills and learning the significance of character and values, as well as collaborative efforts and responsible service.
The discussions held on the first day of the conference included Core Values, Refined Leadership in Attaining Goals, and Parliamentary Procedures, as student leaders expanded their knowledge on values-based leadership, achieving goals through effective leadership, decision-making, and parliamentary procedures.
On the second day of the conference, the activities included Leadership Training Part 2, Group Activities, Creating Impact on Leadership, and Leadership Application Through Situational Activities. As the student leaders applied for what they had learned during the leadership training, they were able to understand how to apply leadership in different settings and be able to respond to situational matters concerning organizational leadership.
Aside from having learned impactful lessons about leadership, the student leaders were able to connect and bond with other leaders from different campuses.
For the League of Organization Presidents (LOOP) of WCC Quezon City, being part of the conference and experiencing its activities and discussions was an eye-opener that student leadership, beyond being a position or a title, has a far-reaching impact.
After all, it is not the title or the position that makes a leader but rather the influence that one person can make on the people around them.
