This Su***de Prevention Month, letโ€™s take a moment to look beyond the smiles, the busy days, and the simple โ€œokay lang.โ€ Sometimes, the people around us may be carrying struggles we know nothing about.

Let this be a reminder to check in on your friends, listen without judgment, and create a space where asking for help is never something to be ashamed of. A simple โ€œKumusta ka?โ€ can mean more than we realize.

To every Trinitian: you are seen, you are heard, and you are valued. Letโ€™s continue to look out for one another and build a community where no one feels like they have to face difficult moments alone.
