As slot availability is 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, applicants are encouraged to regularly monitor the ENIPS system and promptly coordinate with their preferred hospital/s once they have been CC'ed in their endorsement letter/s. Please be reminded that hospitals may no longer appear in the ENIPS system once all available slots have been filled.

Any pending results from other hospitals will no longer be considered in the matching process.

Outcome: You will be automatched to Hospital 2.

The 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤-𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝 will start from 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 until 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 with the deadline for hospital result recording on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. In line with this, here are a few reminders:

1. A list of participating hospitals will be posted next week.

2. There will be two rounds for the 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 via Google form (https://tinyurl.com/NIPEndorsementLetter) to ensure all applicants are accommodated and hospital slots are filled:
• First Round: 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟳–𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
• Second Round: 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟰–𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

3. For Unmatched Applicants: The following requirements must be submitted via Google form:
• Release Letter (from previously matched hospital)
• Letter of Intent (stating your preferred hospital; only one is allowed)
• Proof of Payment (kindly pay the matching fee of ₱2,000)
Incomplete documents will not be processed.

4. Once documents are verified, an Endorsement Letter will be sent by APMCI to your chosen hospital via email.

Applicants are encouraged to walk in to their preferred hospitals for any additional requirements needed for their application.

5. For First Time Applicants: Kindly email a Letter of Request of Endorsement Letter to [email protected], stating your preferred hospitals (maximum of three).
