The Resolution affirms that the elections held on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟵–𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, and the 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 were conducted in accordance with the 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗕𝘆-𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗜𝗥𝗥).

Through this proclamation, the COMELEC formally recognizes the duly elected officers who shall serve as the legitimate representatives of the student body for the upcoming academic year.

This Commission remains steadfast in ensuring a fair, transparent, and democratic election for the PUPQC community. 💯

The 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 of 𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, the 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 of the campus, has released 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟭𝟮, 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, amending the official dates of the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱.

The Resolution provides that the elections shall now be conducted from 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟵 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, replacing the previously approved schedule under 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟬𝟲, 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

This amendment ensures the smooth and orderly conduct of the SSC Elections while upholding fairness, transparency, and integrity in the entire electoral process.

𝗚𝗮𝗻, candidate for 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 under the𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗔 (𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗴-𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻) 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁.

The Resolution affirms that Mr. Gan’s formal letter of withdrawal, submitted on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, is valid and duly recognized. Consequently, his name shall be removed from all official election materials, announcements, and candidate lists to ensure transparency and uphold the integrity of the electoral process.

This measure ensures transparency, prevents confusion among the electorate, and protects the integrity of the Supreme Student Council Elections.
