Be examples of integrity to your children -Pope Leo XIV
On November 29, 2025, sister Marichu and sister Marietta from Idente Family gave a faith formation seminar to the parents of Grade 3 students of San Antonio de Padua Catholic School of Batasan Inc. This is a preparation for the upcoming First Holy Communion of their children on December 8, 2025.
The faith formation helps the parents to deepen their understanding on their mission -to be a holy mother or father. As Pope Leo XIV stated in his homily in the Jubilee of Families: "Be examples of integrity to your children, acting as you want them to act, educating them in freedom through obedience, always seeing the good in them and finding ways to nurture it."
This encounter is a first step to know that holiness is possible among the families.
The First Holy Communion of the students is one of the special events in their lives because they are going to receive Christ in the Eucharist. As they received the Eucharist, there's a saving hope that they can become another Christ to others.

The Campus Ministry of San Antonio de Padua Catholic School of Batasan Inc. in collaboration with
Project L.U.N.A (composed of seven [3rd Year Behavioral Science students] from UST’s Faculty of Arts and Letters) conducted a workshop that aims to help the students to learn healthy ways to manage and express their emotions.
The students from Grade 11 and Grade 12 learned how to be aware of the emotions that they are experiencing.
Most of them realized that they are not their emotions and they can always choose to transcend and communicate their feelings (like communicating and naming what they really feel).
The workshop also emphasized the role of ART in expressing their feelings. Truly through ART, pain can turn into something beautiful.
Everyone was able to connect and feel seen in the activities. SADPCS students were so grateful and looking forward to more fun and meaningful activities in the school!
