Alinsunod sa DepEd Memorandum No. 018, s. 2026 ukol sa "Implementation of Energy Conservation Protocols and Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA)," inaabisuhan ang lahat na ang West Fairview Elementary School ay magpapatupad ng apat na araw na ONSITE o may Tanggapan/Opisina at Trabaho na naka-iskedyul: Lunes hanggang Huwebes (Mondays to Thursdays) at WORK FROM HOME tuwing Biyernes (every Fridays) simula sa ika-10 ng Abril hanggang ika-5 ng Hunyo 2026.

Ang pagsasaayos na ito ay naglalayong paigtingin ang efficiency sa trabaho, bawasan ang pagkonsumo ng kuryente at gasolina, at isulong ang isang malusog na balanse sa buhay-trabaho habang tinitiyak ang pagpapatuloy ng mga serbisyo.
