Enlistment Status Guide

1. Completed Enlistment
Proceed to Payment.
Follow the payment instructions in CRS.

2. For Locking of Enlistment
Lock your enlistment in CRS.
If not waiting for a scholarship, click Proceed to Assessment.
If waiting for a scholarship, click Wait for Scholarship and wait until your scholarship is tagged before proceeding to assessment.

3. Submit a COI Request
Request Consent of Instructor (COI) through the CRS.
Submit a COI request for each subject requiring instructor consent.

4. Pending Approval of the COI Request
Wait for the assigned instructor to approve your COI request.
If authorized, the UP TMC Director or Ms. Resyl Episope may also grant the request.

5. In Progress / Pending Communication
The RVC is currently processing your enlistment, manually enlisting subjects, or contacting you regarding your registration.
Keep your communication lines open.

6. No ESF
Registration has not yet started for your account.
Please wait until August 7 before taking any action.

Pre-Advising and Enlistment Form for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026 - 2027 is now available.

Important Reminders:
- Students who have submitted the Enlistment Survey Form (ESF) will be prioritized and processed staring today.
- Those who have not submitted the ESF will be accommodated on August 7.
- Please refrain from locking your enlistment until the results of the Pre-Advising and Enlistment Validation are released.

𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓!

Please be informed that the UP TMC RVC Registration Primer has been revised to reflect the latest updates in the UP Diliman Computerized Registration System (CRS).

A new registration step has been added for the Consent of Instructor (COI) Request. Students whose enlistment validation results indicate "Submit a COI Request" are required to accomplish this step before proceeding with the registration.

𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓!

The results of the first pre-enlistment round for the First Semester of AY 2026-2027 are out. Please log in to view your granted classes via the Pre-enlistment module.

The second pre-enlistment round will end today, July 28, 2026 (Tuesday) at 11:59pm. If you did not participate in the first round of pre-enlistment, but will be participating in the second round, please fill out your Student Profile before pre-enlisting.

To pre-enlist, go to your Preenlistment module (not the Student Registration module). The Student Registration module will only open come waitlisting period.

The results of the Second Batch Run are scheduled to be released tomorrow, July 29, 2026 (Wednesday).

Also, please note that the CRS results are based on electronic raffle, TMC or RVC has no control over the results.

The first pre-enlistment round for the First Semester, AY 2026-2027 is scheduled to open on 18 July 2026 (Saturday) to 22 July 2026 (Wednesday) at 11:59 pm. First Batch Run results will be available on 23 July 2026 (Thursday). Please fill-out your Student Profile before pre-enlisting.

The Pre-enlisment module will open on the said date, however, you may update your Student Profile as early as now.

Also, please note that the CRS results are based on electronic raffle, TMC or VC has no control over the results.
