๐Ÿ’™ World Mental Health Day 2025 ๐Ÿ’™

The Guidance and Counseling Office successfully held a seminar with the theme โ€œAccess to Services โ€“ Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergenciesโ€ last October 10, 2025, at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) and via Facebook Live.

To make the celebration more meaningful, the GCO also prepared a mental health booth where students received candies with affirmation words โ€” sweet reminders to take care of our mental well-being and spread positivity. ๐Ÿฌโœจ

Letโ€™s continue to raise awareness and break the stigma surrounding mental health! ๐Ÿ’š

Today, October 10, we join the world in celebrating World Mental Health Day. ๐Ÿ’™

This yearโ€™s theme, โ€œAccess to Services โ€“ Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies,โ€ reminds us that everyone deserves care and support, especially in times of crisis.

As a school community, let us continue to promote understanding, kindness, and compassionโ€”ensuring that help and hope are always within reach for those who need it.
Together, letโ€™s build a safe and supportive environment where every mind matters.
Happy World Mental Health Day 2025!๐Ÿ’™
