The Commission on Student Organizations and Accreditation (COSOA) of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines โ€“ Pulilan, Bulacan Campus hereby announces the Academic and Non-Academic Organizations Accreditation and Revalidation Timeline for Academic Year 2025โ€“2026.

All recognized student organizations are advised to take note of the scheduled dates for initial checking, consultation, final submission, and the release of revalidation and accreditation certificates. Strict compliance with the given timeline is expected.

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines โ€“ Pulilan, Bulacan Campus formally introduces the Commission on Student Organizations and Accreditation (COSOA) for the Academic Year 2025โ€“2026.

This commission is entrusted with overseeing the accreditation, revalidation, and continuous monitoring of both academic and non-academic student organizations, ensuring that all recognized organizations uphold standards of accountability, transparency, and active service to the PUPian community.

โ€Žconfirming the selection and appointment of the officers and members of the Commission on Student Organizations and Accreditation (COSOA) for Academic Year 2025โ€“2026. The Commission on Student Organizations and Accreditation (COSOA) conducted a consultation meeting on October 27, 2025, with the Central Student Council (CSC), Studentsโ€™ Initiative Towards Progressive Administration and Governance (SIPAG), and the Linangan Center for Culture and the Arts (LCCA).

The consultation focused on the presentation and evaluation of each organizationโ€™s Accomplishment Reports, as well as discussions on additional activities, ongoing initiatives, and future plans.
