Last November 14, 2025 The academic and non-academic organizations of PUP Pulilan have successfully completed their revalidation.

We hope that each organization continues to uphold excellent, sincere, and student-centered service. May this milestone inspire them to strengthen their commitment, create more meaningful initiatives, and contribute to a more vibrant and empowered PUP Pulilan community.

The Commission on Student Organizations and Accreditation (COSOA) hereby informs all academic and non-academic student organizations of PUP–Pulilan Campus of the final submission of requirements for the Organizational Revalidation Process for Academic Year 2025–2026.

All organizations are required to submit a printed (hard) copy of their latest Accomplishment Report for the preceding academic year, containing the following documents:

This revalidation aims to ensure compliance with university standards, promote accountability, and sustain the operational integrity of all recognized student organizations within the campus.

COSOA enjoins all organizations to observe timeliness and completeness in their submissions as part of their continued commitment to leadership, service, and organizational excellence.

The Commission on Student Organizations and Accreditation (COSOA) conducted a consultation meeting on October 27, 2025, with the Central Student Council (CSC), Students’ Initiative Towards Progressive Administration and Governance (SIPAG), and the Linangan Center for Culture and the Arts (LCCA).

The consultation focused on the presentation and evaluation of each organization’s Accomplishment Reports, as well as discussions on additional activities, ongoing initiatives, and future plans.

Heads up, student organizations of PUP- Pulilan Campus! Please be informed that we will be following the schedule below as our official timeline for our reaccreditation process. Student organizations must prepare the following requirement/s to be reaccredited:

1. A printed/hard copy of your latest Accomplishment Report for the preceding academic year with the following content:

There's a palpable sense of anticipation as each organisation polishes its records and incorporates goals into the accreditation process. This date marks the end of a painstaking process and the start of a new one in which the campus environment is moulded by a shared dedication to supporting dynamic student organisations that are ready for expansion, cooperation, and achievement.
