Alinsunod sa Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 131, suspendido ang lahat ng klase sa lahat ng antas pampubliko at pribado sa Bayan ng Pulilan ngayong Huwebes, Agosto 20, 2026, dahil sa patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan na kaugnay ng pinalakas na Southwest Monsoon o Habagat.

📚 Hinihikayat ang pagpapatupad ng Alternative Learning Modalities (ALM) o iba pang angkop na paraan ng pagkatuto, kung kinakailangan.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatiling ligtas at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo ng lokal na pamahalaan at ng inyong mga paaralan para sa iba pang updates.

Walang face-to-face classes ngayong Lunes dahil sa masamang panahon. Lumipat muna tayo sa Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) para hindi maputol ang pag-aaral.

Maraming salamat sa mga mag-aaral sa inyong sipag, at sa mga magulang sa paggabay sa bahay. Tiyakin natin ang kaligtasan ng lahat habang patuloy na natututo! 🙏📖

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Tarlac
📍 Pampanga
📍 Bulacan
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
