Due to the continuing effects and aftermath of the recent enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), particularly the flooding that persists in several areas, 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 (𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞) 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.

In observance of the 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧, which is declared a Special Non-Working Day in the Province of Bulacan, there shall be 𝐧𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.

Regular institutional operations shall resume on the next scheduled working day.
