As we celebrate “Araw ng Pagbasa”, Bajet-Castillo High School—through the joint efforts of the English and Filipino Department honors the power of stories to shape young minds, strengthen our school community, and deepen our connection to our Filipino heritage.

Declared under Republic Act No. 10556,this special day reminds us that reading is more than a skill—it's a shared practice that builds identity, nurtures critical thinking, and keeps our history and culture alive for future generations.

Together with educators, learners, and families, we continue to promote a strong culture of reading rooted in our diverse languages, traditions, and everyday experiences.

Let’s keep opening books, opening conversations, and opening doors to a more informed, empowered, and culturally grounded BCHS community.
