Success is best shared around a table of good food and even better company. 🥂

The faculty of Maoasoas National High School spent a wonderful evening filled with elegance and laughter, courtesy of our very own Ma’am Barbara Laron. We are truly grateful for your immense generosity and for treating the team to such a delightful dinner.

Moments like these remind us that beyond our roles as educators, we are a family. Thank you, Ma’am Barbara, for your continued support and for making us feel so valued!

🚀 Empowering Educators for the Digital Frontier!
Today, March 13, 2026, the dedicated educators of Maoasoas National High School took a bold step into the future of education! 🎓✨

We successfully conducted our latest Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session focused on a game-changing theme: "Boosting Teacher Effectiveness through AI Tools and AI-Powered Strategies."

Leading the charge toward digital transformation were our school leaders:
👨‍🏫 Sir Roger L. Bersamin (School Principal I)
👨‍🏫 Sir Joel M. Domede (Head Teacher III)

In an era where technology evolves by the second, our teachers are not just keeping up—they are leading the way. By integrating Artificial Intelligence into our professional toolkit, we are reclaiming time to focus on what matters most: our students.

💡 Why AI? Enhancing the Art of Teaching
AI isn't here to replace the teacher; it’s here to act as a "Co-Pilot" in the classroom. During today’s session, we explored how AI-powered strategies can revolutionize our daily tasks:

* Smart Lesson Planning: Moving from a blank page to a comprehensive lesson outline in seconds. AI helps us align objectives with curriculum standards while suggesting creative ways to introduce complex topics.

* Dynamic Activities: Generating tailored classroom activities—from gamified quizzes to role-playing scenarios—that cater to different learning styles and keep students engaged.

* Precision Assessment: Designing rubrics, generating diverse test questions, and providing instant feedback templates to help us track student progress more effectively.

* Streamlined Admin Work: Automating repetitive tasks like drafting communications and organizing data, allowing us to pour more energy into mentorship and instructional leadership.

Together, we are building a "smarter" Maoasoas NHS, ensuring our learners are prepared for the world of tomorrow! 🌟

📢 Mission Accomplished: at Maoasoas NHS!
March 12, 2026 at 3:30 pm, the students, faculty, and staff of Maoasoas National High School successfully participated in the First Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill of 2026.

🛡️ Why Preparedness Matters
Earthquakes can happen without warning. Regular drills help turn life-saving actions into muscle memory, reducing panic and ensuring that everyone—from the classroom to the office—knows how to protect themselves instantly.

🔄 The 4 Key Phases of the Drill
Alarm: The signal that the "shaking" has begun.

Response: Immediately performing Duck, Cover, and Hold under sturdy furniture.

Evacuation: Once the shaking stops, moving in an orderly fashion to a designated safe zone.

Assembly & Headcount: Ensuring everyone is accounted for and safe.

Maoasoas NHS community for your commitment to safety! 🎒⛑️

Elevating Excellence, Refining Instruction! ✨

During the LAC Session held last February 13, 2026, our School Principal I, Sir Roger L. Bersamin, led an insightful and timely discussion on "Advancing Instructional Planning through Effective Lesson Design and Professional Annotations."

The session focused on the art of purposeful lesson crafting and the vital role of professional annotations in documenting teacher reflection and student progress. By delving into these pedagogical strategies, our teachers gained a clearer roadmap for delivering quality instruction that meets the evolving needs of our learners.

With deeper insights and sharpened skills, we continue to align our daily teaching practices with the highest standards of professional excellence! 📈📚

Special thank you to all students officers for the Valentine's Day "Harana" and gifts ❤️❤️❤️
