• Participants with asthma, existing medical conditions, or who are currently ill are advised not to participate for their safety. Please inform your Dean/Department Representative immediately if you are unable to join.

• Bring an extra tumbler or water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the Fun Run.

• Water stations will be available along the route, with water prepared for participants.

• Do not force yourself to finish the Fun Run. If you feel dizzy, unwell, extremely tired, or unable to continue, stop and ask for assistance immediately.

• Security personnel will be stationed along the route to monitor and assist participants.

• An ambulance and emergency personnel will be on standby in case of emergencies.

• Most importantly, prioritize your safety and well-being over finishing the race. Your safety comes first.

Come dressed to impress, but keep it decent, appropriate, and event-ready.

𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗡𝗢 𝗧𝗢𝗢-𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗦 for both male and female attendees.

Please avoid clothing that is excessively revealing or inappropriate for a university event.

GUIDELINES:

𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗗 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗜𝗗.
All Trinitians are required to bring their school ID for identification and verification.

The event is EXCLUSIVELY FOR HTU SED TRINITIANS. Guests and outsiders will not be permitted to enter the event grounds.
