In celebration of PMOS Awareness Month, the Philippine College of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism South Luzon Chapter, together with the Palawan Medical Society and Palawan State University, brings EmpowHER to the PSU community.

This activity offers an opportunity to learn more about endocrine and metabolic health, with discussions covering ovarian conditions, diabetes mellitus, and thyroid health. Through clear and relevant health information, we can better recognize concerns, understand available care, and make informed decisions.

PSU SOM students joined a meaningful day of fun, learning, and connection through Greenplay Palawan: Disconnect to Reconnect, held on August 15, 2026, at Mendoza Park.

The activity was led by the Palawan Medical Society, in partnership with the City Health Office, Philippine Pediatric Society โ€“ Southern Tagalog Chapter, and Philippine Dental Association โ€“ Palawan Chapter, bringing together healthcare professionals and young learners from East Central Elementary School.

A day of fun, connection, and meaningful learning beyond the classroom. Thank you for inviting us, PMS!
