You can get a white form from the Office of the Registrar and proceed to the BSN office for further assistance and look for Ma'am Kho.

Look! PPCI Bachelor of Science in Nursing in collaboration with IT Department of Adventist Hospital Palawan, conducting lecture of EMR and HIS as part of their curriculum on Nursing Informatics. Thanks to the efforts of our beloved Dean Lorna S. Baliwis and our clinical instructor Sir Adrian Jakaria for making this experience possible.
