CAH RESEARCH DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

To ensure the efficient monitoring, processing, and documentation of research projects and related documents by the CAH Research Unit, all faculty researchers are encouraged to submit their research-related documents through either of the following channels:

Upon submission, the CAH Research Unit will facilitate the printing of the documents and secure the necessary signatures before communicating with or forwarding the completed documents to the University Research and Creative Works Office (URCWO).

This process will help the CAH Research Unit maintain systematic monitoring and proper documentation. Kindly use the designated submission channels for all relevant research documents.

PalawanSU Research and Extension Forum 2026

All Palawan State University researchers—including faculty members, administrative personnel, and faculty–student research teams— are encouraged to submit abstracts for the PalawanSU Research and Extension Forum 2026, to be held on 26 August 2026 (Wednesday), from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the University Amphitheater.

To facilitate the efficient processing of 𝐉𝐂𝟑 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 requests under the Research Area, the University Research and Creative Works Office (URCWO) is conducting the final 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of all 𝐮𝐧𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 research accomplishments from 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (3𝒓𝒅 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 to 3𝒓𝒅 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔).

All research undertakings from 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 will be evaluated and validated by the URCWO for the issuance of 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 duly 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭. Separate certifications will be prepared for each applicable 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐃, 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐃, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐃 research category such as:
