Until JULY 18, 2026 (Saturday)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Processing for incomplete enrollments will remain open until July 23, 2026.
Processing and release of Adding and Changing Forms will continue from July 20 to 23, 2026.

The Institutional Student Program and Services (ISPS) Unit is now accepting applications for the Student Assistantship Program (S.A.P) for the First Semester of School Year 2026–2027.
If you are a qualified student and wish to be part of the program, please accomplish the application form by scanning the QR code and submit the complete documentary requirements to the ISPS Unit, Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS).
🗓 Application Deadline: July 27, 2026
Qualifications:
✔ Officially enrolled for the First Semester, SY 2026–2027
✔ Second-year level or higher
✔ No failing grades
✔ No grades of 4.0, Incomplete (INC), or Unauthorized Withdrawal (UW)
✔ Must not be undertaking an internship during the current semester.
📌 Please ensure that all requirements are complete before submission. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
