Alhamdulillah! 🤲 Ang mga ngiti ng ating mga bagong halal na MP mula sa UBJP-MILF ay hindi lamang pagdiriwang ng isang halalan, kundi pagsisimula ng isang bagong yugto para sa Bangsamoro.

Ang sandaling ito ay bahagi ng mahabang kasaysayan ng panalangin, pakikibaka, sakripisyo at pagsusumikap ng ating mga Mujahidin, Ulama at buong Bangsamoro.

Sa gitna ng ating kagalakan, huwag nating kalimutan ang mga pamilyang nagdadalamhati at ang lahat ng buhay na nawala sa mahabang panahon ng tunggalian. Nawa’y maging makabuluhan ang bawat sakripisyo sa pamamagitan ng kapayapaan, pagkakaisa, katarungan at magandang kinabukasan para sa ating mga anak, apo at mga susunod na henerasyon.

Mubarak sa ating lahat!
Nawa’y gabayan ng Allah ang ating mga bagong halal na MP sa pagtupad ng kanilang amanah para sa kapakanan ng buong Bangsamoro.

As part of the initiative, the BPA conducted a three-day benchmarking activity from Aug. 18 to 20, engaging with the Al-Amanah Islamic Investment Bank of the Philippines (AAIIBP), the Philippine Ulama Congress, and the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) to examine the Islamic finance, legal, regulatory, and institutional frameworks needed to establish and govern such a fund.

Sa courtesy visit ng Bangsamoro Pilgrimage Authority (BPA) noong Agosto 19, tinalakay kasama ng Al-Amanah Islamic Investment Bank of the Philippines ang mga mekanismo upang mas mapalakas ang suporta sa komunidad ng Muslim. Isa sa mga pangunahing usapin ang pagbuo ng sistema para sa pamamahala ng Islamic endowments, partikular na pondo para sa Hajj, habang tinitiyak na ang layunin ng mga nagbigay ng endowment ay maayos na naipatutupad.

Bukod dito, pinag-usapan din ang mga Shariah-compliant offerings gaya ng Hajj and Umrah savings account at Zakat Collection Service. Ang mga inisyatibang ito ay makakatulong upang mas maging madali, ligtas, at abot-kamay ang pagpaplano ng pilgrimage at pagtupad sa mga obligasyong panrelihiyon. Para kay Amenah Pangandaman, mahalaga ang pagbuo ng mas matibay na institusyon at mga solusyong pinansyal na tunay na tumutugon sa pangangailangan ng mga Muslim Filipinos.

Al-Amanah Islamic Investment Bank of the Philippines and the Bangsamoro Pilgrimage Authority (BPA) are exploring ways to strengthen financial support for the Muslim community.

During the BPA’s courtesy visit on 19 August, we discussed how Al-Amanah can help develop mechanisms for administering Islamic endowments, particularly funds intended for Hajj, while ensuring that the purposes set by endowers are properly observed.

We also discussed future Shariah-compliant offerings, including a Hajj and Umrah savings account and Zakat Collection Service—initiatives that can help make pilgrimage planning and the fulfillment of religious obligations more accessible and secure.

We look forward to building stronger institutions and financial solutions that respond to the needs of Muslim Filipinos.
