The Office of the University Student Government joined the International Youth Day 2026 celebration held today, August 12, 2026, at the Performing Arts Center of Palawan State University. The event gathered students and youth leaders to promote youth participation through learning sessions, creative activities, and advocacy

The Office remains committed to supporting programs that provide students with opportunities to engage, lead, and contribute to their communities. Together, let us stand with the PalawanSU community in recognizing the role of the youth in building a more inclusive and empowered future.

Special thanks to the Commission on Human Rights, PSU Gender and Development Office, Red Cross Youth, City Youth Development Office, University-Wide Organizations, College Student Governments, College-Based Organizations, and all participating students for their support and active participation.

The Office of the University Student Government engaged in a virtual meeting with Mr. Ivan Drahcir Ibon, Regional Youth Officer for Regions IV-A and IV-B from the Office of Senator Risa Hontiveros, on August 10, 2026.

The meeting provided an opportunity to explore potential collaborations and partnerships on youth initiatives, strengthening collective efforts in promoting meaningful youth participation and empowerment across the region.

The University Student Government remains committed to building meaningful partnerships and pursuing initiatives that empower students and amplify their voices. Through opportunities such as this, the organization continues to strengthen its efforts toward creating a more engaged and empowered student community.
