After opening the application for aspiring student leaders, the screening interview gave qualified applicants the opportunity to share their ideas, experiences, character, and commitment to serve the CCJE student body.

The application period was held on September 20-23, 2026, followed by the screening interviews conducted on September 23-24, 2026, led by CCJE-SG Governor John Edward D. Tabinga and Vice Governor Stella Mariz B. Macaraeg.

To everyone who applied and took the time to step forward, thank you for choosing to serve. Your willingness to lead is already a step toward making a difference.

On September 14, 2026, the 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐂𝐂𝐉𝐄-𝐒𝐆) paid a courtesy call to 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐚 𝐈. 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐌𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐞, 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The courtesy call served as an opportunity for the newly elected officers to formally introduce themselves, express their commitment to serving the CCJE student body, and strengthen coordination with the College administration.

LOOK | PalawanSU temporarily waives COR requirement amid ongoing enrollment adjustments

Palawan State University (PalawanSU) issued a temporary waiver allowing students to attend classes even without a Certificate of Registration (COR) due to ongoing enrollment adjustments, according to a memorandum released by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) today, July 22.

The memorandum, addressed to all faculty members, states that students will be permitted to join class orientations, course discussions, and initial coursework during the first two weeks of the semester despite not yet securing their COR.

"In view of the ongoing enrollment adjustments, all faculty members are instructed to allow students to attend classes, even if they have not yet secured their Certificate of Registration (COR)," the memo read. "This is to ensure that students do not miss class orientation, course requirements, and instruction during the first two weeks of the semester."

Faculty members were also directed to include all attending students in class activities and to keep a temporary record of attendance.

The verification of CORs will commence on August 2, 2026, following the formal conclusion of the enrollment period. Starting on that date, faculty are advised to conduct mandatory COR checks.

The memorandum warned that students who fail to present a valid COR by August 2 will be dropped from class rosters.

𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 | PalawanSU allows optional onsite enrollment amid first-day online portal issues

Palawan State University (PalawanSU) has approved an optional onsite enrollment process following widespread technical issues encountered by students during the first day of enrollment for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027.

The memorandum was released Monday afternoon, July 13, following reports of technical difficulties experienced by students using the university's Online Enrollment System (OES).

Signed by University President Dr. Venzon L. Limpiada, the memorandum authorizes two enrollment pathways: Option A (Fully Online) and Option B (Onsite/In-Person).

The memorandum states that enrollment will run from July 13 to 20, 2026, allowing students and their guardians to choose the enrollment method that best suits their needs.

The issuance comes hours after numerous students reported difficulties accessing the university's online enrollment system, including account verification failures, network errors, and portal issues that prevented them from completing the enrollment process.

Earlier in the day, students called on the university to temporarily revert to face-to-face enrollment while technical issues with the online portal were being addressed.

The university has yet to release the detailed enrollment procedures for both the fully online and onsite options.
