The Department of Elementary Education-College of Teacher Education and Bachelor of Elementary Education Students' Organization wish to express condolences to the bereaved family of Prof. John Glenn S. Guanzon, a beloved former faculty member of the Laboratory Junior High School.

Prof. Guanzon was an esteemed teacher who has unselfishly shared his knowledge to his students. His eagerness to teach has definitely left an indelible mark to everyone who has known him. He was admired by his students and colleagues for his dedication to work. He was well respected for the good example he has shown. His exemplary leadership and decisiveness for holding various roles did not go unnoticed. No words could express how saddened we are for losing another excellent teacher and colleague. May the words in Revelations 21:4, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away,” bring comfort to his family.

Indeed, Prof. Guanzon will surely be missed.
