JCI Puerto Princesa Balayong successfully conducted the Mental Health Awareness Program last 6th day of February in partnership with the Guild of Social Studies Majors, under the Love and Mind Matters Campaign of JCI Balayong in celebration of Love Month together with our keynote speaker, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗥. 𝗚𝗼, 𝗥𝗽𝗺.

Through this meaningful initiative, we promoted self-love, empathy, and mental well-being, creating a safe space for open dialogue and awareness. As we celebrate Love Month, we reaffirm that true love begins within—by nurturing our minds, supporting one another, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health 💚

This year’s Kumustahan is more enjoyable and meaningful through our partnership with JCI Palawan, who shared mental health awareness and helpful insights that are relevant to students daily lives. The activity gives students a safe and friendly space to talk, listen, and learn from one another.

Different fun and interactive games were also prepared to make the event lively and engaging. These activities help strengthen friendship, teamwork, and connection among the members of the organization.

Through conversations, sharing, and participation, students build stronger relationships and a more supportive community together.
