To All WPU-PPC BS Criminology Students:
To proceed with online enrollment, you will first need to complete the Google Form for your year level using the links provided below.

What do you need to complete the Google Form?

Prepare the following documents:
a. A picture or screenshot of your grades (First Semester, AY 2025-2026)
b. A picture of your SSC receipt (semestral fee)
c. A picture of your semestral clearance
d. A picture of your CCJESO receipt (semestral fee)

Steps:
1. Fill out all the required information in the Google Form.
2. Attach/upload clear pictures of your semestral clearance, SSC receipt, CCJESO receipt, and a copy of your grades to the Google Form.
3. After submission, please wait for your pre-enrollment application to be reviewed. Check your AIMS portal to see if you are cleared and allowed to enroll.
Important Guidelines:

For FIRST YEAR STUDENTS:
> If you have a failing grade (5.0), you may enroll in all second-semester subjects; however, the college retention policy will still be applied.

For SECOND YEAR STUDENT:
> FOR PROBATIONARY STUDENT, if your General Weighted Average (GWA) is below 2.25 or you have a failing grade (5.0), you will be culled from the BS Criminology program.

> For a regular student who fails to meet the required GWA or earns a failing grade (5.0), you are eligible to enroll in the BS Criminology program. But shall be placed on probationary status for the succeeding semester.

❗Probationary and regular students, if you passed all your subjects and achieved a GWA of at least 2.25, you are eligible to enroll in the BS Criminology program.

For THIRD YEAR STUDENTS:
• If your GWA is below 2.25, please choose a subject to drop that is equivalent to 3.00 units.

• If you have one failing grade (5.0), please choose a subject to drop that has the same number of units as the subject you failed.

For FOURTH YEAR STUDENTS:
• Must submit a complete evaluation of grades from the College Secretary confirming no failed or incomplete grades.
