Reflection: Jesus commands us to lose our lives for His sake & the gospel's. Losing our lives includes: denying our very selves, taking up Jesus' cross, following in Jesus' steps & not being ashamed of Jesus & His teachings. Doing these things results in losing our lives bec these things seem absurd & even threatening to the worldly.

Are u willing to lose ur life for Jesus?
Lord, make me happy when insulted, persecuted & slandered for Your sake, for my reward will be great in heaven.

Let me be aware of Your life giving Word that nourishes me daily. Amen 🙏🏻Good am!
